Had a pleasant and helpful experience with the Agency, as represented by Ms. Maria Mohsin, while purchasing a 3 Bed Townhouse in Murooj Al Furjan. The first proposal and the preparation of papers for submission to the developer were done in an open and professional manner. Nevertheless, the Owner reneged at the last moment and another proposal was initiated after the agent patiently presented several properties. Fortunately, this led to the purchase of a townhouse, albeit that one of the co-buyers resided outside the UAE. Ms. Maria was fully knowledgeable about the transfer rules and the necessary documents and the required power of attorney.
